Muttons and more

With the rest of the United States in Sub-Zero temperatures Key West is definitely the place to be. Sunny and 75 with lots of snappers, jacks, sharks and so many others just waiting to be hooked.

Today we fished a deep wreck in 220 ft where we had great success catching five nice Mutton snappers one very rare Caribbean snapper. This was my first ever that I have caught in the keys in just over 15 years. We also landed one of the biggest White margates I’ve ever seen just over 14 lb. If you’re up north freezing your butt off give me a call let’s get out on the water and do some fishing. 😎

Winter fishing at it’s best

Winter is in full swing and the fishing couldn’t be hotter. Come get out of the freezing cold up north and lets go fishing.

The mutton snapper fishing has been really good, along with the blackfin tuna fishing in the evening has been lights out. I’m also catching lots of really big amberjacks out on some of the deeper wrecks. So whether you want to fight some really strong fish like sharks and jacks or put meat in the cooler like snappers and tuna there’s no better time than Key West in the winter.
